Product Purchase & Refund Policy

The purchase policies outlined below are an agreement between Conformity and you that regulates your purchase of the product.

PURCHASE AND ACCESS:

Client will get access to the product materials within [48 hours] after purchasing the digital product via a download supplied to his/her email. So long as the product(s) is/are available, the client will have stated access duration to the materials. All Product purchases are paid in full at the time of purchase. Client acknowledges and accepts that the Product materials may not be shared with any third party. If the Company suspects that the Product is being shared with another party, the Company maintains the right to cancel Client's access to the Product immediately.

FEES & PAYMENT PROCESSING:

Client agrees to pay the fee mentioned on the online shopping cart in exchange for access to the Product offered by us. If any payment methods are rejected by the online payment processor, Client must supply a new eligible payment method before being granted access to the Product. If a payment method is denied after Client has already been granted access to the Product, the Company maintains the right to recover any and all outstanding debts.

REFUNDS:

Refunds are offered for our Products until the commencement of access. If the products are instantly accessible after purchase, no refunds of any fees or other amounts paid by Client in connection with the Product will be authorised under any circumstances.In case of any technical issue caused while paying amount the amount will be refunded within 10-15 working days.

LICENSE TO USE PRODUCTS:

All Digital Products offered for purchase on the Websites, including any content contained within the Products, were created purely for your personal use and may not be reproduced for publication or for the personal or commercial use of others without our permission. This means that you, as the buyer, are free to use the content you purchased, including in your business. You may not, however, share this content with any third party. Furthermore, you are not permitted to reproduce or resell the information to third parties.

CONTRACT TEMPLATES:

When you buy certain Products (for example, Academic Skills & Achievement), you will get access to contract templates from businesses that you can use in your business. These templates are available for purchase through our reseller licence agreement with you. All contract templates are based on country legislation and are provided solely for informational purposes. You may customise and use these templates with your clients, but you may not share them with anyone else outside your lawyer.
